It's the whole dog side of the store, not just toys. You'll find collars, leashes, harnesses and engraved name tags for the walk; toys and chews; grooming tools; feeding kit and bowls; a soft bed and a summer cooling mat; travel carriers and car safety gear. There's a GPS collar, an AirTag case, a ramp and a magnetic door in here too.

It depends on the item, because three different sizing systems are in play here. Coats and harnesses go by letter size — the Sports Harness runs S to 4XL, the Fast Drying Bathrobe X-Small to XXX-Large. Beds and mats are given in centimetres, with the Comfy Soft Bed running from 40 cm up to 100 cm, while carriers go by weight — the Carrier Backpack is rated to 13 kg. Measure your dog rather than guessing from their breed, then check that against the options on the product page.

You have 30 days from receipt to send it back, unused and in its original packaging. Get in touch with your order number and we'll issue you a return authorisation number. Once the return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, with shipping costs deducted.

We dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is usually around seven days, longer internationally where customs adds time, and every order is tracked from the moment it leaves us. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
