Everything. This page lists the whole shop, ordered so the items people buy most often come first, and it runs onto a second page — the Next link at the bottom takes you there. That is why dog gear sits right alongside things meant for the owner — mugs, jewellery, phone cases and bedding — instead of being split off. If you already know the category you want, the main menu will get you there faster than scrolling will.

Plenty of it will. The Comfy Soft Bed runs to 100 cm across and the Summer Cooling Mat to 150 x 100 cm, while the Double Face Jacket starts at Large and goes up to 7X-Large and the Fast Drying Bathrobe reaches XXX-Large. The carriers are the clearest limit — the Carrier Backpack tops out at 10-13 kg and the Carrier Cross Bag at 5 kg, so those two suit small and small-to-medium dogs rather than large ones. A couple of smaller items won't stretch either: the Cotton Bandana comes in Small and Medium only, and the French Bulldog Harness stops at Large.

Shipping is calculated at checkout once everything is in your basket, so you see the exact figure before you pay. Orders go out within 24-48 hours and delivery normally takes about seven days, though our shipping policy allows for up to 45 where customs clearance is slow. Every order is tracked, whatever is in it — the tracking number reaches you by email once the parcel is on its way.

You have 30 days from receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Send your order number, the email you used and the reason, and we reply with a Return Authorisation Number and instructions; approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, with shipping costs deducted. One exception worth knowing before you order: personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged, which covers the Custom Name Tags because each one is engraved with your dog's name and your phone number.
