What's the difference between the GPS collar and the AirTag case?
The Waterproof GPS Collar is a tracker in its own right — it connects to an app on your phone so you can see where your dog is. The Collar AirTag Case doesn't track anything by itself. It's a silicone holder that clips an Apple AirTag onto a collar you already have, and the AirTag isn't included. Choose the collar if you want a tracker with its own app, and the case if you already own an Apple AirTag or plan to buy one separately.
Will the AirTag case fit my dog's collar?
Measure your collar before you order. The clip fits collars up to 25mm wide — just under an inch — so anything wider won't go on. The case itself is roughly 45mm across, 15mm thick and about 15 grams, so it sits on the collar without weighing it down. It's made for the 2021 Apple AirTag and comes in 12 colours.
How does the Waterproof GPS Collar track my dog?
It connects to an app on your phone and uses a mix of satellite, mobile network and WiFi positioning to place the collar on a map. The app can also record the sound around your dog and play it back to you. The collar is waterproof, charges through a magnetic port, and lets you know when the battery is running low. Because it works over a mobile network, message us before you order and we'll confirm what's needed to get it running where you live.
How quickly will it arrive, and can I send it back if it doesn't suit?
Orders go out within 24-48 hours, and every order is tracked. Delivery usually takes around 7 days, though it can stretch to 45 days depending on the country you're ordering from and how long customs takes. Shipping is free on orders over $100. If it isn't right, you have 30 days from receipt to return it unused and in its original packaging — send us your order number, email and the reason, and we'll come back with a return authorisation number. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, with shipping costs deducted.
