Shipping policy

Orders are sent out for shipment within 24 - 48 hours of purchase.

Tracked shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. To other countries, tracked shipping is free on orders over $20 and $4.99 on smaller orders. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Delivery times

  • United States and Canada: 8–18 days
  • United Kingdom and Ireland: 10–20 days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10–22 days
  • Other countries: 12–26 days

These are the usual times from the day you order. Local customs clearance can occasionally add a few days, which is out of our hands, but you can track your shipment through our tracking page at any time.
