You have 30 days from receipt to return anything unused and in its original packaging. Send us a return request with your order number, your email address and the reason, and we will come back with a Return Authorisation Number and instructions. Once the item reaches us and the return is approved, the refund goes to your original payment method in the currency you paid, within 7 to 10 business days, with shipping costs deducted. Custom-made and personalised pieces are the exception — the engraved name tags, for instance — unless they arrive damaged or faulty, so do check the spelling before you order one.
