For Dog People
Dog's Love Store began in 2021, started by a group of dog owners and dog lovers who kept hitting the same wall. Shopping for your dog online meant scrolling past hundreds of near-identical listings, with no real way to tell which harness would still be in one piece by next month.
So we built the shop we wanted to buy from: a deliberately smaller range where every collar, toy and travel bottle earns its place by how it performs on an actual dog, not by how well it photographs.
We're based across the United Kingdom and the United States, and we ship to dog lovers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, right across the Eurozone and the GCC, and a growing list of countries beyond.

How We Choose Our Products
Everything has to clear the same three questions before it earns a place here. Plenty of products do not.
Is It Comfortable?
Fit, weight and materials come first. A beautifully designed harness is no use at all if a dog hates wearing it.
Is It Safe?
We look at construction, fastenings and how something behaves in real use, not just how it looks in a listing photo.
Will It Last?
Dogs are hard on their things. We would rather stock one item that holds up than three that quietly fall apart.
That is why our range is deliberately smaller than it could be. We would rather hand you a short list we trust than a long one we do not. And if you would rather not take our word for it, Dogs Trust’s advice on safe play and enrichment is a good second opinion: non-toxic materials, the right size for the individual dog, and nothing that could be swallowed.

Every order is tracked, so you can see where your parcel is instead of wondering. And if something is not right when it lands, we would genuinely rather hear about it than have you shrug and go elsewhere.
Common Questions About Us
Where do we ship?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, across the Eurozone (including Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and more), the GCC, and a growing list of other countries. Our shipping policy carries the current destinations and delivery expectations.
How do I track my order?
Every order is tracked. Head to our order tracking page and enter your order number together with the email address or phone number you ordered with — or, if you already have one, drop your tracking number into the separate box instead. If the tracking looks stuck or something does not add up, message us and we will chase it for you.
What if I need to return something?
Our refund policy sets out exactly where you stand, in plain language. Message us first if you are unsure — it is usually quicker.
How do I choose the right size?
Where something needs to fit — a harness, a collar, a coat — you will find the sizing details on that product's page. Measure your dog before you order rather than going by breed: two dogs of the same breed can easily need different sizes, and a tape measure round the chest and neck takes about a minute. If you are between sizes or not sure, send us the measurements and we will tell you which one we would pick.
Can I shop in my own language?
Yes. The store is available in English, Spanish and German, with prices shown in your local currency.
