Which dog breeds do the mugs come in?
Two at the moment: the Corgi Mug and the Dachshund Mug. Each is a single continuous illustration that wraps the whole way round the white ceramic, so the head comes up one side of the handle and the tail up the other. Both are made in 11oz and 15oz. Alongside them sits the Paw Wooden Coaster, which isn't breed-specific.
Should I get the 11oz or the 15oz mug?
The 11oz is classic everyday mug weight, right for a normal coffee or tea. The 15oz is noticeably roomier and suits a long, slow morning or anyone who resents getting up for a refill. The illustration, the white ceramic and the care are the same on both, so the choice really comes down to how much you like to pour.
Are these dishwasher and microwave safe?
Both the Corgi Mug and the Dachshund Mug are dishwasher safe on the top rack and microwave safe, so they need no special handling. A gentler cycle will keep the print looking its sharpest for longer. The Paw Wooden Coaster is a different case — it's 100% natural Enoki wood with the paw cut into it rather than printed on. The Circle Style is a round coaster with a raised rim and a deep paw carved into the middle; the Paw Shape Style is cut to the outline of a paw and carries a small etched paw in the centre. Either way it's solid wood, so give it a wipe rather than putting it through the machine.
How long will my order take, and can I send it back if it's not right?
Orders are sent out for shipment within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery normally takes about seven days — though it can stretch to as long as 45 days depending on the country and how quickly local customs clears it. Every shipping service includes tracking, and the cost is calculated at checkout so you see it before you pay. Returns run 30 days from receipt, unused and in the original packaging; personalised and custom-made items are the exception, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
